Our ultrasound service and repair team is 100% ultrasound; never distracted by other imaging modalities. This is important in today's healthcare equipment support, as the original manufacture can no longer make this claim. With our focus completely on ultrasound  and backed by processes that ensure the absolute best quality possible, our ultrasound service and repair team is a cornerstone of our business. Sono Solutions does not source “manufacture equal” parts, EVER. We stock the exact same replacement parts that the manufacture does, and that will always be the case. Our service and repair team spans from our front line, factory-trained field engineers, to our depot repair team and our in house parts and probe repair groups. We offer some of the most competitively priced service agreements in the industry.  When looking at service options for your valuable ultrasound asset, you need to look no further than Sono Solutions.

We would like to clarify a myth in the industry that "OEM's only uses new parts." This is simply not true. Even the largest OEM's repair defective parts and probes whenever possible, and offer those repaired parts or probes at an "exchange" price vs their list price. These parts are classified as "Refurbished" and we do the exact same thing, except that we are 100% dedicated to ultrasound. We have found many failure items that are in fact repairable when the OEM states that it is not. Choosing Refurbished replacement parts is a great method of controlling cost as long as the vendor backs the Refurbished parts fully. Sono Solutions provides the exact same warranty on parts regardless if the part is NEW or REFURBISHED. This assures that the only difference for our clients is Cost Savings

Ultrasound Service and repair can be complicated but does not need to be. We offer 4 levels of service agreement, from Platinum, Gold and Silver as well as a PM Only service plan, see the plans details here:  service agreements . Our hourly-billed service rates average 50% lower than the manufacture, and we NEVER require a service agreement in order to support your service and repair needs.

Annual Preventative Maintenance is extremely important for all ultrasound systems. We have taken a new approach to this service in that we offer a flat rate annual ultrasound service starting at $595.00, that's it! No extra charges or trip charges or add on fees. Preventative service does just that: prevents possible service downtime due to system failure. We have compared our flat rate service to the OEM's and on average we are saving our clients upwards of 60% over what the OEM's charge. We set you up in our auto-scheduler so that you don't have to remember when your maintenance service is due. Just another way Sono Solutions helps you manage and control the cost of ownership of your ultrasound equipment.
