Bi annual PM service

Unlimited phone technical support

Unlimited phone clinical support

1 day of on site applications support

Unlimited replacement probes

Flexible terms and out clause

30 minute phone response time for service calls

24 hour onsite response for down system

Software updates released by the OEM each year

Capped service cost for budgeting

Price lock option included for 2 years

 

GOLD COVERAGE

Coverage for parts, labor and travel

8 hours annually of phone technical support

1 hour phone response for service call

30 hour onsite response for down system

SILVER COVERAGE

30% discount on exchange parts, including probes

Flexible terms and out clause

More cost effective

Some risk in shared cost exposure

4 hours annually of phone technical support

2 hour phone response for service call

48 hour onsite response for down system

Flexibility in terms is important, as you need to be able to adjust your coverage when needed. Most service providers will not offer this, but Sono Solutions does.
