We focus on speed of repair. Our goal is to have your system diagnosed and advise as to the required repair within 4 hours of your systems arrival at our national repair center. We stock most parts on hand and our intent is to repair your portable ultrasound system and have it on its way back to you within 24 hours of its arrival.
Evaluation Fees:
Our evaluation fee is $395.00. The evaluation fee is only charged for systems diagnosed and not repaired. We waive this fee for all completed repairs.
Shipment
Proper shipment is critical for transporting your compact ultrasound system, and we have you covered. We are specialists in this area, and provide the correct shipment containers to transport your compact ultrasound system safely and securely so that it is not additionally damaged in transit.
